I’ve been watching a ton of Christmas movies this holiday season and it got me thinking. What is the best Christmas movie featuring a robot?

And then I couldn’t think of any. I racked my brain and simply couldn’t think of one. Surely there was a Short Circuit Christmas movie! Nope.

So then I did what everyone else would do – I googled it.

There is a robot named Torg that appears in the 1964 film Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. As awesome as this sounds, it apparently wasn’t.

I kept searching but couldn’t find anything. I felt like I was missing something obvious. Then I did the next logical thing. I turned it into this blog post.

We haven’t started work on a RobotoWear movie yet, but I’m guessing when we do, it will be Christmas themed. In the meantime, am I missing something obvious? There has to be a Christmas Robot Movie, something like – Miracle on 34th Planet, It’s a Mechanical Life, or Bad Robot.

Is there a Best Robot Christmas Movie out there?
